  • I offer individual therapy sessions for client ages 3 and up. Therapy is customized for you or your child after an evaluation or initial consultation has been given. I believe that establishing rapport and a meaningful connection with each client is crucial to success and healing.

With individual therapy, you or your child will have the opportunity to express themselves in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am trained to listen and understand without judgement, giving you the space, they need to share their thoughts and feelings.

  • I want all families to have healthy, functional relationships, and strong communication. I understand that families have history, and that over the course of time, relationships can be damaged, trust can be broken, and communication can break down.  I  work with families through a systems perspective, considering each member as a unique and vital contributor to the system. Together we’ll explore each member’s contribution to what you’re experiencing. I utilize elements of filial play therapy, and trauma processing modalities in my work with families.
