Mental Health Services
Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy sessions for client ages 3 and up. Therapy is customized for you or your child after an evaluation or initial consultation has been given. I believe that establishing rapport and a meaningful connection with each client is crucial to success and healing.
With individual therapy, you or your child will have the opportunity to express themselves in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am trained to listen and understand without judgement, giving you the space, they need to share their thoughts and feelings.
Family Therapy
I want all families to have healthy, functional relationships, and strong communication. I understand that families have history, and that over the course of time, relationships can be damaged, trust can be broken, and communication can break down. I work with families through a systems perspective, considering each member as a unique and vital contributor to the system. Together we’ll explore each member’s contribution to what you’re experiencing. I utilize elements of filial play therapy, and trauma processing modalities in my work with families.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision to Licensed Professional Counselors seeking a supportive, growth-oriented, and trauma-informed supervisory experience. Drawing from my extensive background in clinical mental health counseling, play therapy, and evidence-based trauma treatment, I provide supervision that is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in ethical practice. I creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where supervisees can openly explore clinical challenges, strengthen their professional identity, and build confidence in their clinical work. I emphasize creativity, humor, and authenticity in supervision, encouraging counselors to think flexibly, trust their clinical instincts, and incorporate their unique strengths into the therapeutic process. My compassionate and relational supervision style supports counselors in developing confidence, resilience, and clarity as clinicians.
Anger Management
CLC Creative Counseling offers an 8-week Anger Management course designed specifically for children and teens. This structured, developmentally appropriate program helps participants understand anger, recognize emotional and physical cues, and learn healthy ways to express and manage strong emotions. Through creative, interactive, and evidence-based activities, clients build practical skills such as emotional regulation, communication, impulse control, and problem-solving. The course provides a safe and supportive environment that encourages self-awareness, accountability, and confidence, empowering children and teens to respond to challenges in healthier and more effective ways.
Psychosexual Assessment
Psychosexual evaluations are comprehensive clinical assessments that help professionals better understand an individual’s emotional, psychological, behavioral, and relational functioning as it relates to sexual development and behavior. The evaluation typically includes clinical interviews, review of background information, and standardized assessment tools to assess areas such as emotional regulation, trauma history, impulse control, boundaries, relationships, and risk factors.
Psychosexual evaluations are often requested by courts, attorneys, schools, or treatment providers to help guide clinical recommendations, treatment planning, supervision needs, or legal decision-making.
